AVNRICH RETURN POLICY

1. Return and Exchange an Item:

A. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email of your order and indicate the new size or new item desired. (We cannot guarantee that all items and sizes will be on stock for exchange).

B. When your return item is received, we will process the shipment of your new item at no additional cost, or we will issue a refund.

 

2. REPLACEMENT POLICY :

A. Replacement of the item can be a grant for manufacturing defects, non-functional products, and quality issues. If you encounter any issues as mentioned, customers need to report via email within 24 to 48 hrs upon product delivered to avail the replacement services.

B. In an unexpected event that your order has not arrived within 5 to 7 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) Please contact us. We will issue a refund or resend your order. We will process the replacement item after we receive the returned item within 45 days from the time you shipped back to us.

C. In the event of reverse shipping, if your package is damaged, then let us know right away so we can file a claim with the courier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claiming is a grant.

3. Please Note :

A. All orders are handled and shipped out from our multiple warehouses in different countries for quick process of delivery.
Once the returned item(s) has already been used, you cannot return it.

B. If you received a damaged item upon delivery, contact our customer service immediately at support@avnrich.shop
Pack the item properly well. Please provide your order number, name, phone number, and email address.

C. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

D. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS or FedEx for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated by our customer support.

REFUND POLICY

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your money can be refunded as the original payment method. Check your bank account and if you did not receive the refund yet, contact your credit card company. It may take time before your refund is officially credited. However, please understand that there is often processing time before a refund is credited. If you have done all these steps then you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@avnrich.shop.

NOTE :

We do not accept returns if they arrived in any condition other than its original state. It will be sent back to you; if you refuse to receive the shipment, AVNRich reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit. The courier partner could file a claim if the item(s) have been damaged during the return is being made
