- Prices are displayed on our website, tax-free in US Dollars, which means you are liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Yes, all our products are shipped with tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be mailed to the email address that you provide at the time of purchase. You can also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your tracking number or live chat with us.
- This typically happens when a customer ends up typing in a wrong email id at the time of placing the order. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
- If you believe that you made a mistake with your email ID, please contact us, we will fix it for you.
- You will have 12 hours to cancel your order. Then your order will already be sent to the fulfillment center, and we cannot change your purchase information.

No, we cannot modify your order items on the back-end. Please be careful when placing an order.
- We want to make sure that you get your items as quickly as possible. When you placed an order, please make sure that you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in process.
- We process orders between Monday – Friday. Currently, orders will be processed within 4-7 days (because of unexpected huge demand) business days shipping of orders will be the next day after the processing day. We are working extremely hard to manage the surprising demand products from our lovely customers.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your parcel to arrive in the next 15-21 days.

As a receiver, it is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as a return to the sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the requirements or notification to the courier, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement for free, and you may need to place the order again.
